E-Matrix training was founded by Jodie Bedoya, one of Australia’s leading debt collection specialists who has worked at best practice level with major government and commercial clients.
Jodie has held key operational, training and collections management roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Recoveries Corporation Limited from 2005 - 2007. In 2006 she was a finalist in the Australian Financial Review BOSS Magazine’s ‘Young Executive of the Year’ awards.
This experience has given E-Matrix considerable expertise in integrating and optimising all business processes and systems which impact on accounts receivable and debt collection.
Jodie’s strong business acumen and leadership, her coaching abilities and a deep understanding of the psychology and negotiation skills of debt collection, enable E-Matrix to develop and deliver training strategies and programs which achieve significant and measurable results.
The company takes a highly contemporary approach to collections strategies, based on its understanding of best practice processes, systems and practical training which results in lasting behavioural change. Jodie holds a Bachelor of Economics, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and has DiSC accreditation.
