Conference Fee Inclusions
The conference fee includes arrival tea and coffee, morning and afternoon tea, and lunch. If you have particular dietary requirements, please advise us as soon as possible prior to the forum.

Car Parking
There are two car parks located in close proximity to ZINC:
  • The Federation Square on site car park has 500 car spaces and is accessible from Russell Street and Batman Avenue.
  • The Flinders Gate car park has 1000 car spaces and is located directly across from Federation Square. It is accessible from Flinders Street.
Please note that these car parks are subject to availability and charged at a public tarrif.

Arrival by Public Transport
All forms of public transport are available, including Flinders Street Station located directly opposite Federation Square.

Accommodation
The venue has no on-site accommodation. Should you require accommodation, several hotels are located within walking distance of the venue.

Please note that any accommodation costs are additional to your conference registration fees.

Please Note:
  • $0.30 booking fee applies. Online bookings are made through a third party site. Any information your supply is strictly protected in terms of privacy and security and will be supplied to E-Matrix Training for the purpose of accepting your booking registration.
  • Full payment must accompany all registrations.
  • Price is inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).
  • A Tax Invoice will be supplied for each registration; however, payment must accompany the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Should you book and find you are unable to attend, you must advise of your cancellation in writing. In the event of a cancellation, an alternative delegate may be substituted, provided the alternative delegates name is received by E-Matrix Training prior to the event.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received less than five business days before the commencement of the event. Cancellations received more than five business days before the commencement of the event will be refunded their fee, less an administration charge of $35 per delegate.
